Who we are
Alpha ZenX is a brand of Alpha Rig Private Limited, a company registered in India and based in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page.
What we collect

- Job applications: your name, contact details, the answers you give on our careers page, and the CV file you upload.

- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp name, number and the messages you send.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for.
- To consider your job application and contact you about it.
- To protect the website against abuse and fix errors.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website and its server logs.
- Neon (through Vercel) hosts the database that stores form submissions, on servers in the United States.
- Vercel Blob stores uploaded CVs privately, on servers in the United States. Only our signed-in team can download them.
- Sanity hosts our blog content. It does not receive your form data.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar and stores the bookings you make.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) carries messages you send us on WhatsApp.
These providers process data only on our instructions, except WhatsApp and Cal.com, which also apply their own privacy policies to your account with them. Most of their servers are outside India and outside your country, so your data is transferred abroad when you contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as the law requires. Job applications and CVs are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
