How payment works
Projects start with an advance payment, and the rest is billed at the milestones written in your proposal. Monthly services, such as maintenance or marketing, are billed at the start of each month.
Cancelling a project
- If you cancel before we start work, we refund the advance in full, minus any payment gateway charges.
- If you cancel after work has started, we keep payment for the milestones already completed and for work in progress up to the date you cancel, and refund the rest of any amount paid in advance.
- Completed and approved milestones are not refundable.
- Pilots and trial tickets are fixed-price pieces of work: refunded in full if you cancel before we start, and not refundable once delivered.
Cancelling a monthly service
You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. The current month is not refunded, and you will not be billed again after the notice period ends.
Third-party costs
Costs we pay to others on your behalf, such as domain names, hosting, paid software, app store fees or advertising spend, cannot be refunded by us once paid.
How to request a refund
Email hello@alphazenx.com with your project name and the reason. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
