Do I need a new phone number?

No. You can divert your existing number when you are busy or after hours, or we set up a new local number for you.

What happens with urgent calls?

You decide what counts as urgent, such as a burst pipe or a power outage. Those calls are put straight through to your mobile, and if you miss it, you get the details by text.
